What is the minimum receipt amount before I can use the welcome coupon?

$80 in a single receipt. This coupon is meant for a single use only and may apply with other sale/ discounted items where it meets the minimum amount. Apply the code 'SALAAM' at checkout (View Cart > Use Coupon Code)

How long before my items arrive?

Items in stock will take approximately 7 days from date of receipt. All products we display are in stock unless otherwise stated. Refer to additional information at product page. 

World-wide shipping?

Unfortunately, we are working hard to input international shipping rates in our cart. At present, we ship to mainland Singapore only where delivery charges apply to receipts under SGD100. If you insist on buying from us, drop us an email at Genie@homlab.sg with your desired delivery address. We will reply with a quotation soon. Payment via this option can be done via Paypal only.

Are these products authentic?

Yes! All purchases at Homlab.sg are guaranteed to be genuine products, new, not defective nor damaged

Why do I have to register an account?

Account creation are for first time users as Homlab requires it for payment, tracking and delivery. You will not receive any other mails or newletters without consent. If you look forward to such feeds, register your email in the Newsletter section.

Are you open for viewing everyday?

Not at the moment. All walk-ins are via appointments only.

Wrapping services?

Not at present but we will work towards providing such value added services in the near future.

Delivery charges?

Its free delivery for receipts above 100SGD! Else, we provide competitive rates for the delivery of your parcels to your destination. If you are ordering bulky furniture, we will provide a confirmation call prior to delivery but in event that no one is Hom to receive, you may do a self collect at our warehouse or reschedule another delivery at a flat fee of 50SGD. You should also inform us of any obstacle which our delivery team may encounter when delivering e.g. absence of lifts, narrow passageways etc. so necessary arrangements may be made.

Cash-on-delivery?

As we outsource our delivery, that option is not possible. You may choose between a range of secured payment options including Paypal/ Visa/ Masters and bank transfers. For pickups, exact cash payment is acceptable. We try to be as accomodative as possible so do let us know if you need to discuss alternatives.

Refunds and exchanges?

We try to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products. As much as we’d like the whole transaction to be seamless, some of the products may display minor blemish inherent from the place of manufacture. We seek your understanding where the defect is trivial. In instances where the goods delivered are defective, damaged or wrong orders, we will arrange for an immediate exchange. A refund will be issued if the product is the last in our stock. In any other cases, items purchased are not exchangeable nor returnable.

Customers protection

Homlab has in place a buyer's protection policy whereby customers are allowed to seek the difference in value of the same purchased item if it is within a week of an in-house promotion/ sale. Buyer's should contact Homlab or inform via e-mail for such claims (if any).  However, this protection policy may not be used with any other promotions at time of purchase, regardless of difference in value.
